TXS On-Site Training – Novice Programme

Day 1: Introduction, legal responsibilities, truck components, principles of stability, pre-use inspection theory.
Day 2: Practical introduction, manoeuvring, steering control, load pick-up and set-down.
Day 3: Stacking and de-stacking, vehicle loading, hazard awareness, pedestrian interaction.
Day 4–5 (where required based on ratios): Skill consolidation, theory test and practical assessment.

Our Novice Training is designed for individuals with little to no prior experience. This course provides a strong foundation in theoretical knowledge and practical skills, ensuring learners understand safety procedures, operational standards, and industry best practices.

Training is conducted on-site for real-world exposure, allowing participants to gain confidence while working in a supervised, controlled environment. By the end of the programme, trainees will be fully prepared to operate safely and competently.

TXS On-Site Training – Experienced Operator Programme

Practical assessment of existing competence, theory review, correction of unsafe habits and formal reassessment.

Our Experienced Training is tailored for individuals who already have industry exposure but require formal certification or structured skills enhancement.

This programme focuses on refining operational techniques, improving safety awareness, and aligning skills with current regulations and compliance standards. It ensures experienced operators meet professional benchmarks while enhancing efficiency and productivity in the workplace.

TXS On-Site Training – Conversion Programme

Transition between truck categories, differences in controls and stability, practical adaptation and assessment.

For Experienced, Refresher and Conversion courses, proof of previous formal training or certification must be provided prior to confirmation. This ensures appropriate course duration and compliance alignment.

Conversion Training is ideal for operators who are already certified on one type of equipment or system and wish to expand their qualifications to another.

This course bridges the knowledge gap between different equipment models or operational categories. It provides targeted theoretical instruction and practical on-site training to ensure smooth adaptation while maintaining safety and operational excellence.
